P.G. Diploma - Clinical Embryology

Infertility is a rapidly growing phenomenon worldwide due to several factors like changing life style, increased stress and delayed child seeking behavior by couples. It is estimated that about 1 in 6 couples suffer from infertility globally. Increase in the prevalence of infertility has increased the demand for efficient treatment methods and for professionals who can provide quality embryology care.

Clinical or Reproductive Embryologists are Medical Scientists who play a critical role in the treatment of infertile couples. They provide complex, regulated Laboratory techniques including identifying the cause of infertility at a cellular level by analyzing the gametes, processing the gametes, producing and culturing embryos from the gametes.

This program provides candidates who are interested in the field of ART with the knowledge and skills required to practise Clinical Embryology.
